WatchForge sends the current WFF Android project to the configured private build runner, compiles it with the Android SDK, and returns a debug-signed APK you can install on your Galaxy Watch for testing.
The APK is a development/test package signed with the Android debug key by the cloud runner. It is intended for sideloading to your own Wear OS watch. Store/production signing remains a separate release workflow.
Templates are starting designs, not saved projects. Opening one creates a new editable watch only after you choose it.
Background removal and detected islands are editable, not destructive to the original layer. Create one or several transparent parts, then convert any resulting image layer to an Hour/Minute/Second hand from its Inspector.
